Meet Your Instructor: Mary Berg, RVT, VTS (Dentistry)
Mary is a charter member of the Academy of Veterinary Dental Technicians, with a specialty in dentistry since 2006. She has over 31 years in research, focusing on companion animal oral health, and seven years as a dental technician specialist in general practice. Currently, Mary is the president of Beyond the Crown Veterinary Education and has dedicated over 15 years to teaching veterinary dentistry. Recognized as NAVTA Veterinary Technician of the Year in 2020 and honored with the AVDT’s Excellence in Dentistry Education in 2019, Mary is a renowned speaker and author, contributing to numerous conferences, publications, and textbooks, including her own in 2020.
